Description

Casas Alma were designed based on the courtyard concept. The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open space with a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, and on the -1 floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, plus a full bathroom, both with direct (or visual) access to the courtyard.

Parking for 2 cars is located outside on level 0.

In this project there has been an investment in new building materials that offer a more sustainable, innovative and long-lasting approach, allowing for a more environmentally friendly footprint. With a careful choice of materials and exceptional attention to detail, Casas Alma guarantee a new level of comfort and living pleasure.

Casas Alma inspire people to get out and enjoy their outdoor spaces, gardens and patios for longer, in harmony with their surroundings, close to nature, beaches and the sea: Gulpilhares, in Vila Nova de Gaia, was the location chosen for this project.

The Alma collection is located in an area that promotes peace, silence and proximity to the sea: it values being close to the points of interest of the major centers, but slightly removed from the hectic urban pace, thus allowing it to provide a calm and enriching lifestyle, with a greater connection to nature.

Just 10 minutes from the center of Porto and 20 minutes from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, very close to the main access routes to the north and south, the Casas Alma development has all the essential services and shops just a few steps away.
