The local zoning authorities permit the realization of the following hotel concept one self-contained hotel building for a 4- or 5-star hotel with at utilizable area of almost 25,000 m² and an overall construction-area of more than19,000 m².
Contained in this entire utilizable area are 146 keys/units to let, consisting of 83 apartments, most of them with a senior suite and a junior suite. A total of ca. 312 bedsare available for hotel usage.

In addition, generously proportioned areas are planned for 7 different restaurants and concert hall, conference rooms, spa / relaxation rooms, gymnastics, indoor / outdoor swimming pool, water landscape, underground garage, a 9 holes par-three golf course directly alongside the hotel, with a separate Golf-House and Golf Restaurant and tennis courts.

Stretching across an area of more than 140,000 m², the plot of land is located in one of the Algarve’s most beautiful landscapes, a hilly and verdant region, a true oasis of tranquility and recreation.  This is indeed an extremely unusual location that simultaneously offers everything one could desire: serenity and excitement, security and comfortable living conditions.  A particular advantage of this site is its marvelously refreshing microclimate, which is caused by the alternation between warm sunny days and pleasantly breezy nights in this hilly region.  Located only a few kilometres north of Faro Airport, people whose needs aren’t fully met onsite can take a short ten- to fifteen-minute drive to do their shopping in any of three major cities: Faro, Loulé and São Brás. Excursions or tours in the picturesque surrounding area are likewise rewarding.  A diverse selection of golf courses and Europe’s most gorgeous beaches are no farther than fifteen minutes from the hotel.
