The new studios (T0, T0+1, and T0+2 Duplex), with the configuration of city studios, are distinguished by their size and the functionality of their lines, which are achieved through light-glass and metal partitions that reflect the entrance of natural light into the apartments, thereby creating a modern and inviting environment. The generous areas range from 43 to 89m2 in the larger apartments, where the high ceilings stand out and the mezzanine rooms appear as an extension of the apartment's usable space, creating new environments and preserving privacy.
The architecture project preserved the classic facade of the building, which was constructed prior to 1951, as well as the original design of the construction details, which are so characteristic of the buildings on lvares Cabral Street. The structure is exclusive, with only eight apartments, and features high-quality construction and finishes, as well as the use of noble materials.
