Boutique Residences is an intimate residential development designed to meet contemporary demands for comfort, efficiency and functionality. Located in Senhora da Hora, in Matosinhos, this project stands out for its clear approach to sustainability and the balanced integration of architecture, location and quality of life.
Designed by architect Pedro Loureiro, the building rises five floors above ground and includes just nine apartments, one studio and eight two-bedroom units, guaranteeing a more private environment and a quiet residential experience. With a special focus on two-bedroom apartments, the project was designed to offer versatile housing solutions adapted to an urban lifestyle, where living, working and relaxing coexist harmoniously.

The quality of the construction is reflected in the careful selection of materials and equipment. The vinyl flooring guarantees thermal and acoustic comfort, while the kitchens, with lacquered furniture and silestone worktops, are fully equipped with Bosch appliances or equivalent. The bathrooms feature suspended dishes, resin shower trays and large-format ceramic tiles, ensuring functionality and a modern aesthetic. Comfort is further enhanced by air conditioning, black-outs and security doors, combined with solutions that focus on energy efficiency and durability.
In the common areas, the building maintains the same aesthetic coherence and quality, with covered atriums, staircases with integrated lighting and ventilated façades with highly resistant materials, contributing to the thermal performance and architectural identity of the complex.
The development has a limited number of private parking spaces, complemented by excellent public transport links in the surrounding area.
