The "Almada 170" initiative is an architectural project resulting from the rehabilitation of a residential building containing studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a commercial space. It is situated on one of the most recognisable streets in the Historic Centre of Porto.
The architectural endeavour maintains the original design of the building's facade while incorporating contemporary comfort standards.
The apartments, ranging in size from 42 to 98m2, are spacious and well-distributed, highlighting the classic design and the refined touch of noble finishes, such as floating oak floors, lacquered carpentry, walls with lacquered finish panelling, false ceilings, and pre-installation of air conditioning, which offer the highest level of comfort and sophistication. There are Bosch appliances and suspended sanitary ware in the kitchens. In addition, balconies and patios with Vila Real granite and a bush-hammered finish are provided.
It is situated in a prime location in the centre of Porto's Historic Centre, close to all types of services, commerce, and transportation HUB.
