Riverside - Design and Architecture in Downtown of Porto
The Clérigos82 is a project of rehabilitation intends to return to the building the traits and language of the architecture characteristic of the Houses of Porto of that time, and at the same time assign to its interior comfort and quality of the housing model contemporary.
With noble materials and details of design natural, this project aims to stands out for the quality of the design architecture of the houses and the excellence of its materials and finishes.
Composed of 16 apartments T0, with areas between 49 and 73 m2, has 3 types of areas: Riverside, apartments in front of the building, Gardens, apartments in the facade to the back of the building and Rooftop apartments on the roof of the building.
The Clérigos82 is located in the centre of the city of Porto a few meters from Torre dos Clérigos.
